The mission of Lansing Community College’s (LCC) American Marketing Association (AMA) is to provide professional development, social interactions and networking events to offer connections and real-world business experience to our members. AMA accomplishes this with the support of the local business community by organizing events such as the Marketing and Sales Scholarship Golf Outing, The Business Etiquette Dinner, guest speakers and networking events.

The Lansing Community College American Marketing Association (LCC AMA) was established in 1980 at LCC and continues to provide students with opportunities to apply their educational learning with hands-on experience. Our chapter competes every

year in an International Collegiate AMA Conference hosted in New Orleans. LCC AMA has three times been awarded International Chapter of the Year and continues to receive top honors annually, competing against over 300 four year universities. We compete in areas of Communication, Community Service, Fundraising, Membership, Professional Development, and Chapter Operations as a whole.
